The new additions bolster the firm’s litigation, family law and employment law offerings

Four join Kate Sheppard Chambers

Kate Sheppard Chambers has enhanced its team with the addition of Alison Douglass, Kellie Arthur, Kesia Denhardt and Persia Templeton, reported the New Zealand Law Society.

Douglass brings 38 years of experience in litigation. She is a specialist in health and disability law. She has also tackled civil, criminal, family, and employment law, and practises from Ōtepoti/Dunedin.

Arthur has handled contract and tort claims, trusts and estates litigation, property disputes and shareholder disputes. She is a council member and vice president (Auckland) of the New Zealand Bar Association|Ngā Ahorangi Motuhake o te Ture.

Denhardt has concentrated on family law since 2009. She has a particular interest in matters involving complex parenting and protection, relationship property, financial disputes following separations, and reproductive law issues related to adoption, surrogacy and embryo donation. She works from Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.

Templeton specialises in employment law. She has taken on issues related to employment, privacy and human rights. She operates from Wānaka.
