Anderson Lloyd
Chris is a Partner in Anderson Lloyd’s corporate team in Auckland. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on private equity investments. He provides advice to domestic and international private equity firms, companies and other institutional investors.
In 2014, Chris established the Anderson Lloyd Auckland office with 2 other partners which has now grown to 6 partners and more than 15 other lawyers.
Chris is a member of the Anderson Lloyd board and is recognised as a leading New Zealand lawyer in a number of international directories.
