Anderson Lloyd gets Rainbow Tick certification

Anderson Lloyd has obtained the Rainbow Tick certification.

According to the firm, being awarded the certification is indicative of its commitment to providing employees with an inclusive environment “where everyone feels accepted and valued.”

Anderson Lloyd pointed to its core value of “Keep it real,” which encourages staff to embrace authenticity and “bring their whole selves to work.”   

The Rainbow Tick certification is awarded to workplaces that understand and welcome sexual and gender diversity.
