Hesketh Henry's private wealth team gets nod from Chambers

Hesketh Henry’s private wealth team has been ranked a Band 2 firm in Chambers and Partners’ High Net Worth Guide for 2024.

The guide described the firm as having a “comprehensive understanding of trust law and an ability to apply that knowledge in a practical and pragmatic manner”.

Among the members of the team, partner Mary Joy Simpson received a Band 1 ranking. Partners John Kirkwood and Emma Tonkin were ranked Band 2 lawyers.

Earlier this year, Hesketh Henry strengthened its property law offering by bringing in in-house star Elizabeth Rabier as a special counsel. Nick Gillies also commenced as the firm’s new managing partner this year.
