Lane Neave moves Wellington premises to Customhouse Quay

The relocation comes off the back of the firm's recent absorption of a specialist firm

Lane Neave moves Wellington premises to Customhouse Quay

Lane Neave has moved its Wellington premises to 99 Customhouse Quay.

The relocation enhances the firm’s reach and capabilities in the market and is indicative of the firm’s commitment to serving the region, according to CEO Peter Dwan. The move also comes off Lane Neave’s merger with property and commercial law boutique Impact Legal.

“The timing of relocating to Customhouse Quay couldn’t be better, after welcoming partner Jade Aislabie and his Impact Legal team to Lane Neave last week," Dwan said. “The merger doubled our Wellington headcount and has deepened our regional expertise in commercial property and leasing, and general commercial law.”

Aislabie and his team commenced with Lane Neave on 1 July.

“Adding another partner to our Wellington team increases the reach and capability that we can offer that specific market. Jade joins Wellington-based partner Andy Bell, who specialises in employment, and family and relationship law, and they’ll both work closely with our other teams around the country”, managing partner Andrew Shaw said.
