Three partners promoted at Tompkins Wake
Three senior lawyers have joined the partnership at Tompkins Wake.

Campbell Stewart, Kate Cornegé, and Kate Sullivan all commenced as partners at the firm on 1 December. Tompkins Wake now has 19 partners.

Stewart, who joined the firm in 2012, specialises in property law, focusing primarily in agribusiness, natural resources, trusts and asset planning, infrastructure projects, and local government property. He also has experience in the overseas investment regime, Crown minerals, and the emissions trading scheme.

Cornegé, who has been with the firm since 2010, specialises in civil and commercial litigation. She has particular focus on general corporate and commercial dispute resolution with experience in contractual, competition and consumer, companies and securities, intellectual property, local government, and property disputes, and has appeared in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court.

Sullivan joined the firm in 2011. She is a specialist in dispute resolution in relationship property, trusts, and estates. She also acts in applications to validate wills and mental capacity issues, as well as and applications for welfare guardian appointments and property managers.
