New partner will be based in Christchurch
Wynn Williams has expanded its partnership with the appointment of Phoebe Davies as a partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial team.
Davies advises on a comprehensive variety of corporate and commercial law – including overseas investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. She has considerable international legal experience and brings specialist knowledge in the agribusiness and consumer finance sectors.
