Appointments expand the firm’s corporate and resource management teams
Wynn Williams has made two appointments, boosting the firm’s corporate and commercial and resource management and environmental law teams.
The firm has appointed Penny Birch as senior associate. Based in Auckland, she is a part of the firm’s corporate and commercial team.
Birch’s experience includes commercial contracting, M&A, consumer law, franchising, and licensing. She is also an expert on supply-chain matters, including procurement, manufacturing, transport and logistics, distribution, retail, and end-consumer marketing and advertising.

She moved to the firm from Duncan Cotterill, where she was an associate. She also previously worked in an in-house role at Fletcher building.
Tegan Wadworth has also joined the national firm as a law clerk in the resource management team in Christchurch. She holds bachelor of laws and bachelor of science degrees and majored in psychology and minored in environmental management.
After earning her degrees, she worked at Environment Canterbury as a consents planner before joining Wynn Williams.
