Keegan Toft once led PwC Legal's corporate and commercial practice in Wellington
Dentons New Zealand has promoted Keegan Toft to partner on its Wellington corporate advisory team.
Toft has tackled all aspects of corporate law. He focuses on M&A, private equity and venture capital, governance requirements (including ESG), and restructures. He advised Left Lane Capital on its Series A and B preference share investments in Hnry and guided the sale of all shares in Quest Apartment Hotels (NZ) Limited to Quest Apartment Hotels New Zealand.
Before joining Dentons in 2021, he led PwC Legal’s corporate and commercial practice in Wellington. He also logged stints in the UK.
Toft’s promotion took effect on 1 January.
