Zachary Pentecost has tackled matters involving employment dispute resolution and grievances
Cavell Leitch has brought in dispute resolution and employment expert Zachary Pentecost as its new associate.
Pentecost joins the firm’s disputes resolution team. He has tackled matters involving employment dispute resolution, employment grievances, mediations, restructuring, disciplinary and performance.
He has also provided guidance in civil and commercial disputes and contractual disagreements. He has appeared before the Employment Relations Authority.
"Being involved in a dispute can pose significant stress and challenges for both businesses and individuals. I aim to offer pragmatic and upfront advice in relation to options, risks, and strategies to collaborate with my clients to strategise and navigate their disputes effectively", Pentecost said.
Prior to making the jump to Cavell Leitch, he held senior positions in a mid-sized firm. Moreover, he has a law and commerce background.
