Senior lawyers step up at AJ Park

AJ Park has welcomed four lawyers to senior roles following a recent promotions cycle.

Dr Victoria Argyle became a special counsel (law) at AJ Park. She works with the firm’s litigation team on IP-related litigation.

Dr Briar Dominick and Rachel McIvor were elevated to senior associates (chembio). Dominick helps with patent prosecution and patents drafting for companies in the chemistry, biology, food technology, and pharmaceuticals sectors.

McIvor is a patents specialist with particular knowledge of biotechnology issues. She has conducted prior art searching and patent drafting, in addition to having maintained patent portfolios and handled patent prosecution across New Zealand and Australia.

Dominic Scott-Jones was promoted to associate (law). He is part of the Auckland litigation team, and his practice focuses on IP litigation and dispute resolution.
