Caroline Ferguson joined the firm in 2016 to lead their ‘Business Transformation and Innovation Programme’, which has focused on: upskilling and realising individual worker potential; supporting in-house transformation to cope with a dynamic legal environment; and leveraging data and AI to test and implement processes, such as using machine learning to review documents.
