Tegan Conserdyne is a great asset to Gilchrist Connell with her incredible technical skills, common sense approach to resolution of claims, and personable attitude. She joined the firm in 2018, became associate in 2019, and just this January was promoted to senior associate. She has continued to broaden her experience across multiple practice areas, including professional indemnity and public liability.
Conserdyne recently acted for insurers and self-insureds in a range of public and product liability claims, ran personal injury claims for principals, and handled matters for insured and insurer clients in the Human Rights List in Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. The experienced insurance lawyer has also contributed to a successful tender in the area of historical sexual abuse claims; had a hand in improving procedures and ensuring that file management is efficient and streamlined at GC; assisted in resolving sensitive, complicated, and high-damages, claims; as well as mentored graduates and junior solicitors
