Laura Keily (BSc, LLB (Hons), MCommrclLaw, GDipDisRes, GAICD, FCIArb) is the Founder and Managing Director of Immediation.
Laura has spent the last two decades as an advocate, top-tier corporate lawyer, company director, business advisor and in-house counsel for listed corporates. She founded Immediation in 2019, when she realised that the existing court processes were complex, lengthy and prohibitively expensive, and the judges and courts were overburdened.
Through Immediation, Laura is on a mission to make justice more accessible to all. The platform provides cutting-edge virtual court-room and mediation technology to courts, tribunals, government and law firms. It also provides a low-cost, easy, quick, amicable and efficient method of resolving disputes, by enabling users to directly access online dispute resolution as an alternative to expensive judicial proceedings or traditional mediation and arbitration.
