47 leading boutiques got their flowers for their work in their respective areas of specialisation
Australasian Lawyer has announced this year’s crop of Top Boutique Firms .
The 47 firms that made the list showcased why they are masters of their respective areas of specialisation.
“Our ethos has always been to help injured people. We’re not nurses or doctors, but there’s always been this missing link from my perspective in the service offering that law firms give to injured people, and it’s that they only focus on compensation”, said Leigh Davidson, principal at Top Boutique Firm Advantage Legal. “Our aim is to help the injured person recover and not make their injuries worse”.
Top Boutique Firm Construction Legal has capitalised on its status as a boutique firm to put together a network.
“You have to keep your finger on the pulse because it’s so competitive. Industry doesn’t have big legal budgets anymore, so firms are cutting their prices. It’s tough, but we keep finding and creating opportunities every day”, legal division head Jessica Rippon said.
Meanwhile, Vincent Young’s Brett Vincent brought hands-on construction knowledge to his Top Boutique Firm, having been a builder in the past. Top Boutique Firm Velocity Legal, meanwhile, put its focus on progressiveness.
Also crowned as Top Boutique Firms were Immigration Solutions Lawyers, Lawbase, FoodLegal, Kingston & Partners, and Aldermane.
