Felicity Healy is an expert in contentious financial services regulatory enforcement
Ashurst has lured Corrs Chambers Westgarth gender equality head and litigation partner Felicity Healy to its partnership.
Healy joins Ashurst’s disputes and investigations team as a specialist in contentious financial services regulatory enforcement and investigations. She has advised banks, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, trustees, and secured creditors on complex litigation matters for nearly two decades.
She has managed high-profile litigation and provided guidance on regulatory enforcement action, fraud investigations, AML/CTF, directors' duties, greenwashing, and insolvency issues. She has also worked on major cross-border insolvency disputes and other contentious financial services matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Healy’s practice covers Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, highlighting her substantial experience in.
