Australasian Lawyer Employer of Choice 2020 entries close tomorrow

This is the last chance for the best legal employers in Australia to put forward their submission to Australasian Lawyer’s Employer of Choice 2020 report.

For the chance to be included in the report, firms are encouraged to complete the online entry form, providing details about their programs, initiatives and results in 11 key areas, including career progression, leadership and employee health and wellbeing.

“We were delighted to be included in the 2019 Employer of Choice Rankings and were proud of our submission, which reflected our approach to raising the bar in relation to attracting and retaining the best talent. It was encouraging to see our firm ranked amongst the best in Australia and receive recognition from the legal community,” said Andrean Duffy, marketing and communications manager at Gilbert+Tobin, 2019 Employer of Choice.

This is a great opportunity for employers to offer insight into how they have fared over the past 12 months, not only during normal day-to-day operations, but especially while faced with a crisis.

A place in the report is a valuable industry accolade for employers, providing recognition on a national platform, and is a testament to the success of their people initiatives, serving as a valuable marketing and recruitment tool for attracting top industry talent.

Entries close at midnight tomorrow, 18 September.

Winners will be profiled in the Employer of Choice 2020 report, to be published on the Australasian Lawyer website and newsletter in November.
