Heads of London, Dubai, Riyadh, and non-US offices are appointed
International energy, technology and life sciences law firm Baker Botts LLP has announced a series of leadership changes, effective Dec 18, 2023:
Rowley, a global projects partner who has been with the firm for more than 20 years, has served as London partner-in-charge since 2015 and as partner-in-charge of the firm’s Middle East offices since 2019. In his new role, he will provide cross-departmental oversight for the strategy of offices outside the US and the coordination with other offices throughout the firm.
Caulfield, who has been with the firm for more than 10 years, specializes in complex international disputes and in sanctions/export control matters. He has experience in a wide range of high-value contentious work in the English courts, expert determination and arbitration. Chris currently serves on the firm’s partner admissions information committee and the firm’s ethics committee.
Bisch, the firm’s corporate department chair for the Middle East who has been with the firm for 10 years, serves as a trusted advisor to leading global entities and domestic businesses in their corporate and commercial transactions across the Middle East and North Africa.
Haroon has been with Baker Botts for 17 years. His practice centers on corporate structuring, equity offerings, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactional matters.
