Clifford Chance has guided shareholders – including SCF Partners and Viburnum Funds, private equity firms based in Houston and Perth, respectively – on the $377m sale of Contract Resources to Cleanaway Waste Management.
The transaction is subject to certain customary conditions precedent, including ACCC approval.
