Flexible workspace company successfully floats with Hall & Wilcox’s help

Hall & Wilcox has helped a flexible workspace company on its successful IPO and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.

The national firm advised Victory Offices on its $30m IPO. The float is a “transformational step” that enables the company to pursue growth opportunities, said partner John Hutchinson, who headed the deal team.

Hall & Wilcox said that Victory Offices is a leading company in Australia’s evolving flexible workspace industry. Founded in 2013, it provides serviced offices and co-working spaces across 10 locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth.

The deal team included partner Natalie Bannister, special counsel Nik Dragojlovic, senior associate Jung Ryu, and lawyers David Holland and Harry Croft. The advised on all aspects of the ASX listing and IPO, which was fully underwritten by Ord Minnett.

The IPO involved a retail offer and an institutional offer of 15 million new securities accounting for about 36.7% of shares on issue at the time of the listing.
