Chan specialises in commercial litigation and class actions. She has provided guidance on large-scale and complex matters to clients in the technology and professional services industries.
She has represented global technology platforms on contentious issues and regulatory investigations, particularly those associated with consumer protection, competition privacy, and technology. Moreover, she has defended several professional services firms in shareholder class actions.
