It's a smooth transaction across multiple geographies
Hall & Wilcox has provided legal counsel to the shareholders of iGreenData Pty Ltd in connection with its acquisition by Synechron, a global digital transformation consulting firm based in New York.
iGreenData is a cloud-enabled, data-centric digital solutions company based in Melbourne with additional offices in Bangalore and Chennai. The acquisition by Synechron is expected to enhance the combined entity’s ability to deliver transformative digital experiences globally by leveraging their collective expertise.
The legal team from Hall & Wilcox is led by partner Michelle Eastwell with senior associates Chris Wright and Jarrad McAuliffe and lawyer Grace Baty. They offered comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, handling the negotiation of transaction documents and ensuring the deal's successful closure.
“We’re delighted to have advised iGreenData shareholders on this significant transaction. This transaction was complex in nature, involving multiple geographies and time constraints. We congratulate both iGreenData and Synechron on the acquisition, which not only expands Synechron’s global reach but also rewards iGreenData shareholders for their steadfast support since the company’s establishment in 2018,” Eastwell said.
“Engagement with Michelle and team from Hall & Wilcox from start to finish was handled with a high level of professionalism, diligence and attention to detail. Timely advice and a process-driven approach by Michelle ensured this fast-paced transaction was completed in a timely manner. Many thanks to the team for your guidance and leadership in this pursuit, which is very much appreciated,” iGreenData co-founder Frank Rajakulendran said.
