Hall & Wilcox has provided legal counsel to the shareholders of iGreenData Pty Ltd in connection with its acquisition by Synechron, a global digital transformation consulting firm based in New York.

iGreenData is a cloud-enabled, data-centric digital solutions company based in Melbourne with additional offices in Bangalore and Chennai. The acquisition by Synechron is expected to enhance the combined entity’s ability to deliver transformative digital experiences globally by leveraging their collective expertise.

The legal team from Hall & Wilcox is led by partner Michelle Eastwell with senior associates Chris Wright and Jarrad McAuliffe and lawyer Grace Baty. They offered comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, handling the negotiation of transaction documents and ensuring the deal's successful closure.
