King & Wood Mallesons has helped the responsible entity for the Australian Industrial REIT, Fife Capital Funds, acquire an $81.2 million property portfolio from property syndicator Primewest.
The
KWM team, led by partners Brian Murphy and Stuart Dixon-Smith along with senior associate Scott Phillps, advised on the purchase of six industrial properties in Melbourne and Perth.
