The integration is intended to streamline legal workflows
Litera has teamed up with Microsoft on an initiative that will see Litera technology integrated into Microsoft Copilot.
The integration aims to streamline legal workflows.
“We believe that by the end of 2024, many lawyers will be using Copilot in their day-to-day”, said Adam Ryan, vice president of product at Litera. “We’re bringing our knowledge of legal workflows and user behaviour to this collaboration to reduce distractions and improve user experience with Microsoft tools in the business and practise of law”.
Microsoft regional director – legal industry Meagan Smith explained that the tech giant was partnering with Litera “to better understand how the legal community will leverage groundbreaking AI technology like Microsoft Copilot”.
“This working relationship will provide better integrations and smoother workflows for our legal practise community”, Smith said.
In the development of the new initiative, Litera will facilitate a smooth integration by leveraging over 10 years of AI legaltech experience.
