The events are tailored towards addressing employee wellbeing and productivity in the wake of COVID-19
Marsh is holding mental health webinar series throughout the month of May in order to address employee wellbeing and productivity in the wake of COVID-19.
“With remote work or reduced working hours, employers are now responsible for an invisible workforce. The current pandemic can cause heightened mental health risks for employers and anxiety and stress for workers,” said the company in its statement. “It’s now much harder to know whether employees are struggling, frustrated or unproductive.”
Thus, the webinar series will discuss topics like the following:
The first session, which takes place today, is entitled “Mental Health – Recognising the signs in your remote workforce.” The second session, “Change management and improving communication in a virtual environment,” will take place on Friday, while the final session, “Building resilience in teams,” will be conducted on 20 May.
All sessions will be begin at 12pm AEST, and registrations are open.
The events will be led by registered psychologist Daniella Luppino, who hails from top health, safety and rehabilitation provider Recovre and is also part of Marsh Australia. Luppino will be accepting questions prior to the event by email, as well as live during the webinars.
