Moray & Agnew has expanded its property partnership with the addition of Thomas Zilm.

Zilm has advised domestic and international clients across multiple jurisdictions on all aspects of property law. He is an expert in tackling large-scale land acquisitions and disposals, petroleum franchising, major and institutional leasing.

He has also worked on matters involving shopping centre acquisition, disposal and leasing; hotel acquisition, disposal and management; childcare centre acquisition, disposal and management; off-the-plan sales; strata management; greenfield development, due diligence, and taxation.

While based in the firm’s Melbourne office, Zilm confirmed that he would be operating across the Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra branches as well. He will collaborate with fellow partners David Gandolfo and Briony Kerr in the firm’s property team in Victoria.
