New partners in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane bring expertise in labour and employment, construction and commercial disputes, and self-managed superannuation

Holding Redlich has hired three new partners from other law firms as it enhances separate practice groups in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Joining the firm are new partners Helena Golovanoff, Benjamin Marshall, and Kylie Wilson.
Golovanoff, who spent seven years as partner at Kennedys, joins the firm’s construction and infrastructure group. She will be based in the firm’s Sydney office.
She has 15 years’ experience in large-scale construction and commercial disputes and specialises in dispute resolution and transaction and advisory services for project-related and commercial matters.
Marshall, who joins the firm’s workplace relations and safety practice, comes from Arnold Bloch Leibler, where he started out as a solicitor and eventually got promoted to senior associate – a role he held for eight years. He joins the firm’s Melbourne office.
A specialist in labour and employment law, Marshall advises private business owners, multinationals, listed companies, and government bodies on matters related to highly unionised industries, such as construction, resources, manufacturing, transport, health, and education.
Wilson, who headed succession and superannuation at Anderssen Lawyers for five years, joins Holding Redlich’s corporate and commercial group in Brisbane. An accredited self-managed super fund advisor, she also has comprehensive knowledge in succession planning, including in asset protection, trust and deeds review, trust litigation, tax and revenue advice, and estate planning and administration.
Under corporate law, she advises clients on group restructures, asset sale agreements, share buy-back agreements, and share-split agreements. She is also an expert in commercial law.
