Kain Lawyers has promoted associate director Sam Christie to director.

Christie has advised on public and private M&A deals as well as equity capital raisings. He has played a role in Symphony Infrastructure Partners’ $488m Series-A financing round and associated M&A transactions.

He also assisted Roc Partners with its takeover bid for ASX lister Vitalharvest Freehold Trust, and worked with SILK Laser Clinics on its sale to Australian Pharmaceutical Industries, He also advised My Care Solution on its acquisition by Healthcare Australia.
