Nearly half of the firm's partners are now women
Moray & Agnew has added 5 to its partnership in a 26-strong round of lawyer promotions, bringing the percentage of female partners at the firm to nearly 50%.
"Promotions are merit-based, regardless of gender. This round of promotions does mean that 47% of our partners are female; more reflective of the society in which we live and work," national managing partner Geoff Connellan said.
Jasmine Forsyth (Brisbane) has extensive experience in government administration. She is an expert in matters involving government, alternative dispute resolution, litigation and administrative Law.
Sheridan Landwehr (Melbourne) is a senior lawyer focusing on employment and workplace relations law. Landwehr has tackled contentious employment and occupational health and safety/work health and safety matters.
Lucy Munro (Newcastle) is an insurance litigator focusing on workers' compensation. She manages work injury damages claims and statutory workers' compensation disputes; moreover, she has a background in handling compulsory third-party claims.
Lauren Smith (Canberra) has experience in insurance litigation and has practised across several business lines throughout different jurisdictions. She has worked with all major ACT insurers in the Australian market.
Jane Thomson (Canberra) is a government advisor concentrating on administrative and employment law litigation.
