Queensland-headquartered litigation boutique Rose Litigation Lawyers has promoted Nathan Kershler to partner.

Kershler stepped into the role on Monday. He has been with the firm for six years, having joined in 2018.

He is an expert in employment disputes; litigation; building, construction and infrastructure; and business disputes. He has appeared before the Federal Courts as well as the District and Supreme Courts of Queensland, NSW and Victoria on complex matters.

Kershler has tackled issues involving breach of contract, damages, urgent injunctions, freezing orders, ne exeat colonia orders (no departure orders), punishment for contempt, civil fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty. The firm also lauded him as a mentor to the firm’s junior solicitors.

Managing partner Shaun Rose describing Kershler’s promotion as “a well-deserved recognition of his exceptional skills, dedication, and contributions to the firm”.
