DibbsBarker acted for the shareholders of an Australian building hardware company, which has sold their manufacturing business to a Swiss company.

Kilargo has sold its manufacturing business to dormakaba, a global security group based in Rümlang, Switzerland. Kilargo manufactures its products in Brisbane and has international sales offices in Singapore and Dubai. It will be integrated into the global company over the coming months, dormakaba said.

DibbsBarker fielded a team led by corporate partner Juanita Rayson. She was supported by associate Michelle Hyams. Property partner Matthew Rollason and lawyer Rebecca Tyquin provided property law advice.

Rayson said the firm is delighted to assist a home-grown Australian business further extend its global reach.
