Wotton + Kearney (W+K) has strengthened its cyber and privacy advisory team with new special counsel Rakhee Dullabh.

Dullabh brings over a decade of experience gleaned from working in both Australia and South Africa. She joins W+K’s Melbourne office.

“With privacy reform and changes to cyber regulation on the horizon, cyber preparedness and resilience is more important than ever. Having Rakhee on board strengthens our ability to support this growing client need”, cyber and technology head Kieran Doyle said.

Dullabh focuses on technology and data law, with significant experience in data privacy law and cyber resilience projects such as privacy compliance and cyber incident and data breach preparedness. She has handled issues involving telecommunication and media law, technology transactions, integration projects, and advertising and social media regulation.

Her work has spanned the TMT, financial services, consumer goods and retail, healthcare, and transport sectors.

W+K also announced that special counsel Nick Martin, who joined the firm from EY Law last year, would concentrate on heading up the front-end technology practice.
