WRP announces two new promotions

WRP Legal & Advisory has announced the promotions of Constance Bouras and Zachary Moore from lawyers to associates within the firm’s property and litigation teams, respectively.

Director Garry Winter spoke about the new promotions during WRP’s end of the financial year dinner.

“Our firm has been dedicated to developing emerging talent by supporting them to rise through the ranks, and these promotions are yet another example of this proven formula,” said Winter.

“In wrapping up a hugely successful financial year, these announcements give us even more reason to celebrate our successes from the past 12 months,” he added.

Who are the new associates?

First joining WRP on 16 Aug 2022, Bouras is part of the property team which is led by Director Dimitris Parhas. As a solicitor, she focuses on commercial and property law. Prior to her time at the law firm, she had served as a compliance officer before becoming a legal assessment officer at the Attorney-General’s department.

She also has previous experiences in being a paralegal and law clerk at Shine Lawyers, Pacific Law, and Wood & Associates as well as a conveyancing clerk at Beltana Conveyancing.

Bouras received her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide and her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Law Society of South Australia.

Meanwhile, Moore began his career in WRP on 16 Nov 2021 as a clerk. He was then promoted to a graduate position within the property team in early 2022. He then moved to the litigation team which is led by Director Sam Carragher. Like Bouras, Moore also received his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide.

Both Bouras and Moore’s promotions took effect last 1 July.

WRP serves as a full-service commercial law firm which advises more than twelve practice areas under the leadership of Winter, Parhas, and Marc Romaldi.
