Michelle Lue-Reid will collaborate with the group’s member firms on process improvement projects

IPH welcomes inaugural chief transformation officer

IPH Limited has welcomed Michelle Lue-Reid as its first chief transformation officer.

Lue-Reid joins the executive leadership team of the global IP services group in this new role, where she is set to spearhead major change initiatives. She will collaborate with member firms to push acquired business integration and process improvement projects, among others.

She makes the jump to IPH from TPG Telecom. She has headed up organisation-wide transformation projects for companies like AGL Energy, Commonwealth Bank, Coles Group, Royal Bank of Canada, Air Canada and Arthur D. Little.

“We are thrilled to welcome Michelle to the IPH leadership team,” said Dr Andrew Blattman, managing director and CEO of IPH. “IPH has expanded over the past two years in several markets and time zones and is now a truly global business. Michelle’s extensive experience in guiding businesses through change will come as a great asset to the group and help to ensure our future state capability”.

Lue-Reid commenced with IPH on 18 July. She operates from Sydney.
