Spruson & Ferguson Australia has added a new principal to its ranks following a recent IPH promotions cycle.

Jason Manakis practises with the EICT team. He brings over a decade of patent attorney experience.

He has drafted and prosecuted Australian and foreign patent and design applications, advised on issues related to patentability, validity, and infringement, and conducted patent oppositions. He has managed patent portfolios for large multi-nationals in mining and mechanical engineering.
