Anthony Harper is closing out the year with the promotions of Harriet Quinlan, Lucy Scott and Nina Jirkowsky to senior roles.

Quinlan and Scott will become special counsels, while Jirkowsky ascends to the role of senior associate.

“The promotion of Harriet and Lucy to special counsel and Nina to senior associate recognises their highly regarded expertise in trust and estate litigation, commercial and regulatory disputes, and civil litigation respectively”, managing partner Ed Dunphy said.

Quinlan focuses on commercial litigation, especially trust and estate litigation, relationship property matters, shareholder disputes and contractual disputes. She has been with Anthony Harper since 2016.

Litigator Scott, who commenced with the firm in 2017, has a particular interest in regulatory and risk matters. She has guided clients involved in investigations by the Commerce Commission, Financial Markets Authority and WorkSafe. She has also tackled contract, shareholder, and property disputes.

A commercial litigator like Quinlan, Jirkowsky specialises in civil disputes like debt recovery, insolvency and contractual disputes. She joined Anthony Harper in 2021.
