Anthony Harper has promoted Ōtautahi property law specialist Lucy Robinson to special counsel.

Robinson steps into the new role after three years as a senior associate with the firm. She focuses on commercial property, having tackled portfolio transactions and issues involving real estate investment.

She has worked on nationwide investments, complex acquisitions, and lease management. She represented Te Toi Mahana on its bid to launch a new Wellington Community Housing Provider and advised it on the lease of assets from the Wellington City Council.

Robinson also worked with Mainland Capital on Christchurch-based high-value commercial property deals. She has also acted for the Heredium Group and Pacific Radiology Group.

She is dual-qualified as a solicitor in New Zealand and the UK. Before her return to New Zealand, she practised with London real estate boutique Winckworth Sherwood.

“Lucy has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise in her field of property law. Her promotion to special counsel is a testament to her hard work and the respect she has earned from colleagues and clients alike”, Anthony Harper managing partner Ed Dunphy said.
