The firm welcomed a new partner and a new special counsel
Auckland firm Glaister Ennor has rewarded top performers Nicole Warner and Annice Wood with promotions.
Warner’s elevation takes the firm’s partnership to an even dozen, while Wood expands the special counsel ranks.
Warner works with the commercial property and land development team. She focuses on construction and development matters in the private and public sectors.
She has tackled issues involving ownership/development structures, financing, consent conditions, civil and remediation works, construction contracts, subdivision/titling processes, S&P contracts and leasing documents.
Wood practises with the commercial property and investments group, and has handled all aspects of commercial property law. She advises on matters across the entire property investment life cycle, including the identification of opportunities through comprehensive due diligence, acquisition and divestment, and risk management for investors.
She has worked on GEK Property Management’s syndicated property investment portfolio, which covers industrial, office and retail property investments.
