MinterEllisonRuddWatts moves Wellington base to BNZ Place

MinterEllisonRuddWatts has moved its Wellington office to Level 5 of BNZ Place at One Whitmore Street.

"We are excited about this new chapter in our firm's history. Our new space aligns with our vision to be the firm of choice for leading clients and exceptional people. We look forward to welcoming our clients to our new premises", chief executive Andrew Poole said.

BNZ Place was designed to obtain a 5-Star Green Star rating, which MinterEllisonRuddWatts said aligns with its commitment to sustainability and innovation. The design brief for the office itself is founded on sustainability and the objective of crafting an environment that facilitates collaboration among clients and staff.

“Our new office space is contemporary and practical, creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. When planning the move and the design of our new space, enhancing the service we provide to our clients and our firm’s culture were two key objectives”, Poole said.

In addition to views of the nearby waterfront, the office offers easy access to public transportation.

The office space was designed by Athfield Architects, with support from Jonathan Custance. Black Interiors and Construction was engaged for the construction phase.
