She joins Paul Johns in leading the firm's NZ base
Pearce IP has promoted Julie Ballance to executive.
She is the second executive to be based in the firm’s New Zealand office. She will be working with litigation head and fellow executive Paul Johns, who joined the firm in May.
Ballance commenced with Pearce IP in October 2023 as a special counsel. She is a patent attorney, lawyer and notary who has practised in IP law for over three decades.
She has played a leadership role in the firm’s patents, trade marks and designs business units.
