The firm's managing partner confirmed that the three newest partners are all homegrown talent
The percentage of female equity partners at Addisons has risen to 43% following the firm’s latest promotions round.
Rebecca Dooley, Portia Malinowski and Natalie Rodwell ascended to the partnership today, bringing the number of partners up to 23.
“It’s not every day that we have the honour of welcoming three exceptional home-grown colleagues to the partnership. Rebecca, Portia, and Natalie exemplify the calibre of our next generation of leaders, and their promotions are thoroughly deserved”, managing partner Kieren Parker said.
Dooley focuses on corporate and commercial law. She has worked with listed companies, SMEs, startups, and investors on issues related to M&A and capital raisings, contracts, corporate governance and employee share plans.
Malinowski concentrates on commercial property issues. She has tackled matters involving the acquisitions and divestments of agricultural land and commercial assets, compulsory acquisitions, and property due diligence. She has also provided guidance on all aspects of commercial leasing, representing landlords and tenants across multiple jurisdictions.
Rodwell is a seasoned environment and planning lawyer. She has assisted private and public sector clients on major projects; moreover, she has helped clients with regard to securing, protecting and complying with approvals, especially in high-profile urban renewal projects and in Land and Environment Court litigation.
Earlier this year, Addisons brought in Dennis Mak as a special counsel to strengthen its corporate offering.
