Australasian Lawyer has identified the top 50 women in the Australian legal profession in this year’s Elite Women report.

These women have shattered glass ceilings, broken barriers, and set the bar for legal excellence in their respective organisations and roles, showing other women how far they can go in the profession.

“If you want to succeed, you need to be resilient, work hard and have grit and passion”, says Elite Woman Jessica Rippon, who is principal and director at Construction Legal.
