As a small firm, Employer of Choice Blackwood Family Lawyers opts to foster close relationships among staff.

“We don’t have that competitive streak internally amongst our staff that you find at a lot of law firms”, practice manager May Hanna said. “The lawyers and the legal assistants work so closely together.”

Employer of Choice Holding Redlich prioritises the mental health of its lawyers.

“It’s important that our leaders understand and know how to deal with what is best practice around mental health, both for themselves and for identifying risk factors in other individuals”, national managing partner Troy Lewis said.

Also joining these firms in the winners’ circle are Hicksons Lawyers and Kennedys.
