The team is growing across Australia as it attracts impressive talent, the firm says
Colin Biggers & Paisley (CBP) is adding another partner to its national employment and safety team.
The firm has appointed Megan Bowe, who is based in Sydney, to the partnership. She moved from FCB Group, which focuses in workplace legal and human resources services.
Her appointment closely follows that of Sara McRostie in Brisbane. “The team is growing nationally. I'm particularly excited we continue to attract some of the most impressive talent to the practice and into partnership,” managing partner Nick Crennan said.

The firm recently appointed employment and safety special counsel Dimity Leahy.
Bowe is a specialist in workplace and industrial relations law with more than a decade of experience in the sector. Her practice covers a wide range of areas, with a particular focus on aged care.
She said that she is particularly looking forward to working with CBP’s employment and safety team. “It's an interesting time for workplace relations, particularly given the impending election and the trend in employment-related class-action litigation,” she said.
Earlier this month, CBP attracted partner Glen Williams from Kemp Strang. He has been tasked to lead the firm’s new restructuring and insolvency team in Brisbane. The firm also recently appointed insolvency senior associate Hannah Griffiths.
