Chartered tax adviser adds to M&A muscle at Holding Redlich

Holding Redlich has strengthened its capabilities in M&A, funds management and property with the addition of Dhanushka Jayawardena to the partnership.

Jayawardena joins the firm’s corporate and commercial and property teams. The taxation lawyer and Chartered Tax Adviser is a specialist in front-end structuring and tax advisory, covering both Commonwealth and State direct and indirect taxes.

He has worked with institutional clients, private equity funds, and sponsors on domestic and cross-border deals.

Pereira was announced as the head of Holding Redlich’s NSW and ACT offices last week.
