Clayton Utz has expanded its partnership with a disputes partner from Holding Redlich.

Alex Tighe joins the commercial litigation team. The 2021 Australasian Lawyer Elite Woman specialises in commercial dispute resolution, bringing expertise in Royal Commissions and public inquiries.

“With over two decades of experience, Alex joins the firm at a time when Australian businesses are faced with heightened regulatory pressures and public scrutiny”, Clayton Utz deputy CEP Nick Cooper said. “Her proven leadership in high-profile inquiries, such as the ‘Lawyer X’ Royal Commission and the Crown Casino Royal Commission, enhances and strengthens our already robust capability in this area.”.

For over 20 years, Tighe has tackled commercial disputes and regulatory investigations. She has worked on complex, multi-party disputes and investigations, collaborating with both government and corporate clients.
