The firm elevated a total of 50 lawyers in its mid-year promotions round
Thomson Geer has elevated dispute resolution star Hannah Sowdon to partner in a recent promotions cycle.
Sowden has been with the firm since 2014 and practises from the Melbourne office. CEP Adrian Tembel praised her work as a dispute resolution lawyer, highlighting that she has “taken a lead role with a number of clients and has demonstrated the skills and experience necessary to be a partner of our firm”.
Thomson Geer also promoted 49 other lawyers to special counsel, senior associates and associates. The newly promoted special counsel and senior associates, who took on their new roles on 1 July, are as follows:
