A top-tier firm has appointed an employment heavyweight and cross-border specialist to boost its employment group.
Workplace expert Brett Feltham will begin work in
DLA Piper's Sydney office as a partner today.
Feltham is an employment lawyer with broad experience in workplace relations, discrimination and work health and safety issues.
He also specialises in cross-border employment arrangements and the employment and securities law aspects of executive remuneration and employee equity and cash incentive arrangements.
“This appointment further demonstrates the further enhancement of our cross-border capabilities," DLA Piper managing partner Andrew Darwin said.
"Feltham’s strong ability to relate technical issues to the commercial environment will be well received by clients, as will his experience in high level and complex employment matters,” Darwin added.
Feltham has previously advised on complex and strategic employment matters, including C-suite level terminations.
