Sara Hatcher also led her own practice
Keypoint Law has welcomed Sara Hatcher, who used to lead Russell Kennedy’s property group in Sydney, as a consulting principal.
Hatcher has more than two decades of experience in property law. She once led her own practice and has provided advice on all aspects of developments, subdivisions, aged care and retirement leases, matters involving the National Rental Affordability Scheme, easements, and by-laws.
She has represented landlords and tenants, such as aged care providers, operators of retirement villages, national retailers, shopping centres, import-export businesses, and telecommunications carriers. Moreover, she counts listed corporations, SME’s, and listed property trusts among her clientele.
Hatcher has also handled renewable energy projects, including solar and wind farming projects. She has advised developers through all transactional aspects of a development, from purchasing and planning to off-the-plan contract preparation and the completion of the off the plan development and sales.
In 2022, she was part of the Russell Kennedy team that advised Autumn Lodge on its successful merger with Uniting NSW.ACT. In addition to her tenure with Russell Kennedy, she also held senior roles at Lander & Rogers and in-house.
Hatcher will be based in Keypoint Law’s Sydney office.
