A multidisciplinary team of lawyers, digital designers, and business specialists will help clients solve real commercial problems
Lander & Rogers has launched iHub, an independent business function that is focused on innovation.
Taking a client-centred and innovative approach to the delivery of legal and business services, the service will tap a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, digital designers, and business specialists to help clients solve real commercial problems, the firm said.
Michelle Grossmann, the national firm’s head of innovation and transformation, will lead the new business. Lander & Rogers said that iHub will use emerging technologies to find solutions to problems that save time, cut costs, and improve information access and service delivery.
"iHub is innovating the client experience. As a key component in our client offering, iHub is dedicated to working collaboratively with our clients to solve their pain points, as well as creating new and exciting ways of delivering legal services. By using our industry and client insight, in addition to our own fresh thinking, iHub is designing and implementing solutions for our clients that make their lives easier,” chief executive partner Genevieve Collins said.
The iHub team has already successfully worked with clients, including WorkSafe Victoria, Wesfarmers, and Broadspire, and looks forward to working with more this year, she said.
